Annotation Pro firmu je nejdůležitější, aby získávala co nejsilnější pozici na trhu, a proto musí sledo-vat svou konkurenci a být jí schopná čelit. Bakalářská práce analyzuje konkurenceschop-nost firmy LIVI, spol. s r. o.. Zjišťuje, jaké má tato firma postavení ve srovnání s ostatními firmami ve stejném odvětví a zda dokáže své postavení udržet. V poslední části práce jsou navržena firmě doporučení, která by mohla vést k větší spokojenosti jejích zákazníků, a tím i k lepší konkurenceschopnosti firmy.
Annotation in English For a firm, the most important task to manage, is to maintain the strongest position in the market place. The firm must keep an eye on the competition and be able to face it. The Ba-chelor’s work analyses the ability to compete of LIVI, Ltd. It elicits the standing of the firm compared with other firm’s in the same branch and also finds out whether is the firm able to hol up it’s status. There are some recommendations in the last section of the work, which could lead to considerable satisfaction firm’s clients and also to higher ability of the firm to compete.
