Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku asistovaných kontaktů poskytovaných ve službě odborného sociálního poradenství. Teoretická část práce se zabývá vymezením teoretických východisek vztahujících se k asistovaným kontaktům - rodina a rozpad rodiny, na které navazuje úprava poměrů po rozpadu rodiny, syndrom zavrženého rodiče a možnosti jak řešit problematické kontakty mezi rodiči a dětmi. Dále je zde popsána služba asistovaného kontaktu a charakteristika poskytující sociální služby. Cílem praktické části je popis realizace a výsledků kvalitativního výzkumu, jehož hlavním cílem je zmapování klíčových faktorů ovlivňující úspěšné poskytování sociální služby a tvorba metodiky.
Annotation in English
The thesis is focused on the issue of assisted contacts in the service provided in the service of professional social counseling. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the definition of the theoretical background related to the assisted contacts-family and family disintegration, which builds proportions after the disintegration of the family adjustment, parental alienation syndrome and how to deal with problematic contacts between parents and children. Furthermore there is described the service of the assisted the contact and the characteristics of providing social services. The practical part is a description of the implementation and results of a qualitative research whose main objective is to analyze the key factors affecting the successful delivery of social services and the creation of a methodology.
