Tyto kmeny byly citlivé k baktericidním antibiotikům převážně patřící do skupiny betalaktamových antibiotik.
Annotation in English This bachelor thesis deals with the bacterium Escherichia coli, which was isolated from food of plant origin. In 16 strains isolated from vegetables, which were obtained in the supermarkets, their antibiotic resistence was investigated using a disk diffusion method, bacteriocin production by means of virulent factors by PCR was investigated. It has been found that no isolated strains is a bacteriocin product and has no virulence. Antibiotic resistence was demonstrated in 15 of the 16 strains tested. These strains were susceptible to bactericidal antibiotics, which predominantly belong to the group of betalactam antibiotics.
