Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na podporu řízení společnosti Kovo Staněk, s.r.o. Cílem práce je zavedení operativních controllingových funkcí do společnosti a vytvoření nového systému plánů a rozpočtů. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to část teoretickou a praktickou.
Teoretická část diplomové práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky z oblasti řízení, controllingu, rozpočetnictví a vnitropodnikového plánování.
V praktické části diplomové práce je nejprve vyspecifikován předmět činnosti podniku. Dále se práce zaměřuje na analýzu současného postavení společnosti na trhu a na kritické zhodnocení současného využití controllingových nástrojů ve společnosti, včetně jejího informačního, kalkulačního systému a reportingu. Na základě provedené analýzy je v projektové části práce navrženo zavedení nové pozice controllera do společnosti. Práce zahrnuje také vytvoření nového systému plánu a rozpočtů ve společnosti, detailnější rozdělení nákladů včetně jejich přesnější evidence. Závěr práce se věnuje přínosům projektu, zkoumá jeho finanční náročnost a možná rizika spojená s implementací controllingu do společnosti.

The thesis focuses on supporting the corporate governance of Kovo Staněk, s.r.o. The goal of the thesis is to implement operative controlling functions at the aforementioned company and to establish a new system of plans and budgets. The thesis is divided into two parts: the theoretical part and the practical part.
The theoretical part of the thesis provides theoretical knowledge in the area of corporate governance, controlling, budgeting and planning.
The practical part of the thesis first specifies the company's field of business. Subsequently, the thesis analyzes the company's current market position and provides a critical assessment of the current use of controlling tools at the company, including the company's information and calculation systems and reporting. Based on an analysis that identifies the current shortcomings in the use of controlling tools, the project part of the thesis then proposes the introduction of a new controller position within the company. The thesis also covers the establishment of a new system of planning and budgeting within the company and a more detailed division of costs, including their more accurate recording.
The final part of the thesis is devoted to benefits of the project and examines the financial requirements of the project and possible risks related to the implementation of controlling at the company.
