Teoretická část diplomové práce se zabývá systémem sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a náhradní rodinnou péčí. Práce obsahuje informace o tom, kdo sociálně-právní ochranu dětí poskytuje a komu je určena, popisuje jednotlivá opatření sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, hlavní principy právní úpravy sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a sanaci rodiny. Zabývá se také legislativou upravující sociálně-právní ochranu dětí. Převážná část je také věnována jednotlivým formám náhradní rodinné péče, finančnímu zabezpečení pěstounů a dětí v pěstounských rodinách a zprostředkování náhradní rodinné péče. Cílem praktické části je zjistit a porovnat jednak názory pěstounů na problematiku náhradní rodinné péče, tak i jejich přístup k celému systému

The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the system of socio-legal protection of children and the substitute family care. The work contains information about who the socio-legal protection of children provides, and to whom it is addressed, describes the various measures of socio-legal protection of children, the main principles of legal regulation of the socio-legal protection of children and the rehabilitation of the family. It also deals with the legislation governing the socio-legal protection of children. The major part is also dedicated to individual forms of substitute family care, financial security foster parents and children in foster families and mediation substitute family care. The aim of the practical part is to determine and compare the views of both foster parents on the issue of alternative family care, as well as their access to the entire system.
