Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit vliv obezity na velikost plantárních tlaků mezi nohou a stélkou obuvi u dětí a adolescentů. V průběhu redukčního kursu byly měřeny maximální tlaky u obézních dětí. Tlaky byly měřeny v šesti částech nohy. Velikost tlaků byla ovlivněna především tělesnou hmotností a způsobem chůze probandů. Podstatou experimentální části bylo zjištění, zda má úbytek hmotnosti vliv na snížení plantárních tlaků.

The aim of this bachelor work was to find out the influence of obesity on the size of local pressures between sole and boot in children and adolescents. The maximum pressures of obese children and adolescents were measured during the reduction course. The pressures were measured in six parts of the sole. The size of pressures was influenced mainly by body weight and by proband's way of walking. The substance of the experimental part of this work was to check if the weight-shortage is connected with decreasing of plantar pressure.
