Bakalářská práce se zaobírá tuzemskými a zahraničními cestovními náhradami v České republice. Práce je v souladu s platnou legislativou a vychází ze zákona č. 262/2006 Sb., zá-koníku práce, vyhlášek a nařízení. Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza celé oblasti cestovních náhrad pro podnikatelskou sféru. Teoretická část práce popisuje druhy cestovních náhrad, vysvětluje pojmy související s problematikou cestovních náhrad a popisuje problematiku daňové i účetní oblasti cestovních náhrad. Praktická část se věnuje analýze cestovních náhrad ve společnosti Alex a.s.. Cílem analýzy je popis současného stavu cestovních náhrad ve společnosti. Na základě analýzy budou doporučeny nové postupy a směrnice pro společnost Alex a.s..

Bachelor thesis is focused on domestic and foreign travel compensation in the Czech Re-public. The work is in accordance with current legislation and based on the Act no. 262/2006 Coll., Labor Code, notices and regulations. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the area of travel expenses in a corporate sector. The theoretical part describes the types of travel expenses, explains its terminology and point out taxation and accounting problems in connection with travel expenses. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of travel expenses in Alex a.s. . This part describe current situation of travel expenses in the company. Based on the analysis of current situation there are made some recommendation and a new approach how to deal with travel expenses in Alex a.s. is outlined.
