Bakalářská práce se zabývá alternativními metodami zvládání nádorové a chronické bolesti. Práce se dělí na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části si přiblížíme pojem bolest včetně patofyziologie, druhy bolesti a především její léčbu s přihlédnutím k alternativním metodám. Další důležitou kapitolou naší práce je alternativní medicína, která se dělí na nekonvenční a vědeckou medicínu. V této kapitole jsou zmíněny nejznámější druhy alternativní medicíny podporující léčbu bolesti u nádorové či chronické bolesti.
V praktické části jsou zpracovány rozhovory s pacienty, kteří podstoupili podpůrnou alternativní léčbu v období nádorové či chronické bolesti. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty informace o hodnocení bolesti, nejčastější volby alternativní léčby a její účinnosti pohledem respondentů.
Annotation in English
The bachelor´s thesis deals with alternative methods of treatment of tumoral and chronic pain. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part explains term of pain including pathophysiology, types of pain and above all the treatment of pain when taking into consideration alternative methods as well. The next important part of our work describes alternative medicine which can be divided into unconventional and scientific medicine. In the chapter the most familiar methods of alternative medicine supporting the treatment of tumoral and chronic pain are mentioned. The practical part presents interviews with patients who passed through supporting alternative treatment during the period of tumoral or chronic pain. In conclusion we summarize information about classification of pain, the most frequently selected ways of alternative therapy and their efficiency in the opinion of the patients.
