Bakalářská práce srovnává poskytování domácí péče v České republice a Nizozemí. Poukazuje na různé systémy v organizaci, financování a poskytování domácí péče v obou ze-mích. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá definicí a historií domácí péče a jejími souvislostmi s poskytováním, zdravotním systémem, nizozemským modelem Buurtzorg a vymezuje hlavní rozdíly v poskytování domácí péče dvou evropských zemí. Praktická část je založena na komparativním výzkumu, který zjišťuje rozdíly v poskytování, financování a organizaci při poskytování péče v domácnosti klientů. Závěrem práce je vyhodnocení, interpretace, prezentace výsledků výzkumu a formulace závěrů.

The bachelor thesis compares the provision of home care in the Czech Republic and the Netherlands. It points to various systems in the organization, financing and provision of home care in both countries. It is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoreti-cal part deals with the definition and history of home care and its links with the provision, the health system, the Dutch Buurtzorg model, and defines the main differences in the pro-vision of home care for the two European countries. The practical part is based on compa-rative research which identifies the differences in the provision, financing and organization of providing care in clients' household. The conclusion of the thesis is the evaluation, in-terpretation, presentation of research results and formulation of conclusions.
