Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout nejvhodnější variantu financování investičního záměru společnosti ABC. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je zpracována literární rešerše, která vysvětluje nejdůležitější pojmy týkající se problematiky investic, zdrojů financování podniku a finanční analýzy. V úvodu praktické části je představena společnost ABC a odvětví, do kterého patří. Následně je zpracována její finanční analýza s cílem zhodnotit finanční zdraví. Všechny výsledky jsou porovnány s odvětvím, ve kterém společnost působí. Poté následuje projektová část práce. Její součástí je charakteristika investičního záměru a popis jednotlivých nabídek financování od různých peněžních ústavů. Závěr práce je zaměřen na zhodnocení výsledků a nalezení nejvhodnější varianty financování investičního záměru.

The aim of this thesis is to propose the best option of financing the investment plan of the company ABC. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the literature review, which explains the most important terms related to investments, sources of corporate finance and financial analysis. At the beginning of the practical part is presented by the company ABC and the sector to which it belongs. Subsequently worked its financial analysis to assess the financial health. All results are compared to the industry in which the company operates. Followed projecting part. It includes a description of the investment plan and a description of each menu financing from various financial institutions. The conclusion is focused on the evaluation of the results and find the best options for financing the investment plan.
