Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku sociálních příčin kriminality romské mládeže. Cílem je popsat sociální vlivy působící na romskou mládež a romské etnikum jako takové obecně a dále vlivy způsobující její kriminální chování ve společnosti a v neposlední řadě i prorůstání organizovaného zločinu do romských struktur na území našeho státu. Hlavní význam bakalářské práce spatřuji ve zmapování situace v oblasti sociálních příčin kriminalizace chování romského etnika včetně historických souvislostí k němu vedoucích.

This bachelor thesis discusses the issue of Romany youth crime and its social causes. The aim is to describe the social influences affecting the younger generation of Roma people and their ethnic group in general, as well as the factors causing their criminal behaviour and the entrenchment of organised crime into their society within our country. The main purpose of this thesis is to explore the social causes of criminal behaviour in the Romany ethnic group, including the historical factors which have contributed to this issue.
