V mé bakalářské práci jsem se zabýval problematikou migrace a možnostmi sociální pedagogiky při působení v této problematice. Položil jsem si dvě základní otázky: jaká je životní situace uprchlíků a jaké jsou možnosti sociální pedagogiky při práci s nimi.
Dále jsem se v bakalářské práci zabýval pojmem ''multikulturalismu‘‘ jako ideje harmonického soužití různých kultur, historickým vývojem migrace a jejími současnými trendy. Migraci jsem následně rozdělil na legální a nelegální a tu dále na porušování pobytového režimu cizinců a na ilegální překračování státní hranice. V praktické části mé práce jsem na základě zkušeností z práce u Služby cizinecké a pohraniční policie a dat sesbíraných během odborné stáže popsal životní situaci uprchlíků a nastínil možnosti sociální pedagogiky při práci s nimi, s cílem přivést je k samostatnému a zodpovědnému řešení jejich životní situace.

In my thesis, I have been engaged in problems of migration and possibilities of social pedagogy working in this field. I have put two main questions: what is the life situation of refugees and what are the possibilities of social pedagogy when working with them.
Next in my thesis, I have mentioned and described a conception of ''multiculturalism‘‘ as an idea of harmonic coexistence of different cultures, historical progression of migration and its contemprorary trends. I have devided migration into legal and illegal and then the last one into breaking of refugees´ residence regime and illegal border crossing. In my practical part, I have depicted life possibilities of refugees on the base of my work experience with the alien and frontier police and the data collected during my special intership.I have also outlined the possibilities of social pedagogy when working with them with a view to lead them to independent and responsible solution of thein life situation.
