Tato práce je zaměřena na problematiku šikany mezi dospělými. Šikana je společenský problém, o němž se mluví nejen mezi odborníky. Její nebezpečnost spočívá v tom, že zasahuje všechny věkové skupiny. Nerodí se náhle, ale vzniká a zraje postupně. Proto je třeba nebýt k jakýmkoliv jejím projevům lhostejní - čím dříve zasáhneme, tím méně škody nadělá.
Cílem této práce není jen ukázat nebezpečnost šikany a psychické i fyzické následky pro její oběti, ale i možnosti, jak se jí bránit.
Annotation in English
The dissertation is focused on problems with bullying among the adults. Chicane is a social problem which is discussed not only by professionals. Dangerousness of the problem is high because it affects all age groups. It does not emerge unexpectedly but it matures gradually. That is why we can´t be indifferent to any violent outbreaks in the society - the sooner we intervene the less damage is done.
The objective of the theses is not only to show the dangerousness of chicane and all the mental and physical after-effects that victims suffer from but it also proposes possibilities how to resist it.
