Problematika sexuálně motivovaných trestných činů a výkon trestu odnětí svobody u sexuálních deviantů si zasluhuje pozornost především proto, že oběti těchto činů jsou ve většině případů vystaveni následným celoživotním traumatům. Ve své práci jsem se snažil poukázat na fakt, že léčbou a vzděláváním sexuálních deviantů již přímo ve výkonu trestu se pracovní kolektiv věznice snaží případné další recidivě zabránit. Tímto způsobem by mohla být bezpečnost společnosti před sexuálními delikventy po propuštění z výkonu trestu jistě zvýšena.

The issue of sexually motivated criminal offences and serving a sentence of imprisonment of sexual offenders deserves attention above all for the victims of these being many a time exposed to a consecutive lifelong trauma. In my thesis I have tried to point out the fact that by treatment and education of sexual offenders implemented already while they are serving the sentences , the work team of the jail tries to prevent another possible recidivation. After this manner the safety of the society from sexual offenders after having being released could be certainly increased.
