Tato práce pojednává o připravenosti školy na inkluzivní vzdělávání, zabývá se
jednotlivými aspekty dobré inkluze, jak ze strany žáka, tak i pedagoga. Jsou zmíněny různé
podstatné faktory inkluze jako sociální prostředí, specifické potřeby žáka, profesní
předpoklady pedagoga a ostatních pedagogických pracovníků. Pozornost je věnována
výrazně pomáhajícím aspektům celého procesu jako např. Přítomnosti asistenta pedagoga
ve výuce u potřebných žáků, společné vzdělávání pro všechny v jedné třídě, bezbariérový
přístup a technické vybavení, možnost mentoringu. V práci byl použit nestandardizovaný
dotazník jako výzkumná metoda. Zjištěné závěry byly v některých otázkách překvapivé, v
jiných naopak potvrzením praxe. Výsledky a vyhodnocení je možné použít jako
východisko pro navazující práce se stejnou či podobnou tematikou. Výzkumná data mohou
být samozřejmě základem pro další hlubší zpracování tématu inkluze ve školách České
republiky.

The diploma thesis deals with preparedness of schools in terms of inclusive education and
its various aspects from the side of both a pupil and teacher. There are many different
factors of inclusion, such as pupil's specific needs, professional requirements of a teacher
and others co-workers in the field of pedagogy. The thesis focuses on those aspects that
support the whole education process, e.g. the presence of a teacher's assistant in the class
who is needed for the pupils with special learning difficulties, collective education of
pupils in a single class, barrier-free access and technical equipment or the option of
mentoring. For the purposes of my work, non-standardized questionnaire has been used as
the main research method. In some cases, the results have been surprising, in the others
they simply confirmed the real-life practice. The results and conclusions can be used as a
starting point for other works with similiar or same topic. The data collected in my
research can be used for a more thorough processing of inclusion in the Czech Republic.
