Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku efektivních přístupů k výchovně problémovým žákům. Pozornost je věnována biologické a sociokulturní determinaci osobnosti ve vztahu k rizikovým faktorům podporujícím výskyt sociálně patologického chování dětí a mládeže. Poznatky z pedagogické praxe mapují sociální klima škol a školských zařízení, prezentují vhodné přístupy k výchovně problémovým žákům a zdůrazňují význam dalšího vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků.
Annotation in English
This bachelor thesis is focused on effective approach towards troubled pupils, pupils with behaviour disturbances. The attention is given to biological and social-cultural determination of the personality in relation to the risk factors that contribute to the occurence of social pathological behavior in children and adolescents.
The findings from pedagogic practice map out the social environment at schools and educational institutions, present feasible approach towards the education and upbringing of pupils with behaviour disturbances, and stress the importance of further education of pedagogic staff.
