Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na popis úrovně a plnění funkcí činnosti nestátních organizací v systému prevence kriminality mládeže.
Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením charakteristických pojmu na dané téma jako je neziskový sektor a druhy jeho právní subjektivity. Poukazuje na problematiku získávání finančních zdrojů ze státního sektoru. Dále se teoretická část zabývá samotnou kriminalitou mládeže, jejími specifiky, vlivy a prevencí Praktická část bakalářské práce obsahuje výsledky průzkumu, který byl prováděn za účelem získání poznatku a informací o činnosti nestátních organizací zabývajících se kriminalitou mládeže v Brně. V praktické části jsem zvolila metodu analýzy teoretických podkladu, řízeného rozhovoru a shromaždování dat.

Bachelor's thesis deals with discription of standards and complete functional activities of non-governmental organizations in the systems of teenager's crime prevention.
Theoretical part concerns with minimization of characteristic concepts in the mentioned theme as a non-profit sector and types of its legitimate subjects. It shows the problem of obtaining of financial resources from the governmental sector. In addition the theoretical section deals with the teenager's crimes itself, its specifications, its influence and prevention.
Partical part of the thesis contains the result of performed resarch to obtain knowledge and information non-governmental organization's activities based in Brno dealt with teenager's crimes. I have chosen the method of analysis of theoretic basis, wanted interview and collection of information.
