Bakalářská práce zpracována na téma '' Prostituce a kriminalita s ní související ‘‘ se zaobírá prostitucí ve všech jejích formách. Jedná se o sociálně patologický jev, který je velmi složitý a dynamický. Cílem práce bylo poukázat na rychlé kvantitativní, kvalitativní a především citlivé změny, který tento fenomén při jakékoliv snaze zákonodárců vykazuje. Autorovou snahou bylo i nastínění možného řešení tohoto fenoménu jak z hlediska právního, zdravotního tak i sociálního.

The subjekt of this baccalaureate is a prostitution and crime. This socially pathological phenomenon is very difficult and dynamic. The object of this study was to point out fast quantitative, qualitative and mainly very sensitive changes which this phenomenon proves with any effort of the legislators. The autor´s effort was to outline the possible solution of the problem of this phenomenon from the legal, health and the social point of view.
