Práce je zaměřena na získávání nových příslušníků do služebního poměru ve Věznici Příbram a vytvoření projektu personální politiky s cílem zajištění účinnějšího postupu personálního řízení a zvýšení zájmu o toto zaměstnání a prestiže Vězeňské služby České republiky.
Cílem mého projektu je zavedení, udržování a rozvíjení takového standardu v personální politice, který nám dlouhodobě umožní zabezpečit získání a stabilizaci počtů našich zaměstnanců, zvláště pak příslušníků ve služebním poměru, v takovém počtu a kvalitě, které k plnění úkolů Věznice Příbram potřebuje a současně, kteří mají potřebné dovednosti, zkušenosti a schopnosti.

This work focuses on recruiting new officers for official contracts in the Prison ofPříbramand creating a personnel policy project aiming at more effective systém of personnel procedure and the increasing of the interest in this job and the reputation of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic.
The aim of my project is the establishment, maintenance and development of such a standard of the personnel policy which will enable us to get and stabilitě the required numer of the officers who will be able to fulfil the tasks resulting from the job and who have the necessary skills, experience and abilities.
