Cílem bakalářské práce bylo nastínit problematiku penitenciární péče s vězněnými osobami. Zvláštní pozornost je zde věnována činnosti personálu, dále klasifikaci a volno-časovým aktivitám odsouzených. Je také poukázáno na nutnost celoživotního zvyšování profesionality zaměstnanců věznice.

An aim of bachelor work was sketching the problems of penitentiary of raising with prisoners. Specialattention here is devoted to performance of staff, then to classification and leisure time activities of convicts. It is also fointed out the neccessity of life - long improving of proffesionality of prison employees.
