Annotation	Bakalářská práce se zabývá proměnami společnosti od 60. let 20. století a důsledky těchto proměn na život společnosti a jejich příslušníků. Věnuje se globalizačním problémům a vlivům nadnárodních společností na život komunit a snahám vybrané výrobní společnosti o skloubení průmyslu s přírodou, člověkem a jeho potřebami.
Annotation in English	The Bachelor work deals with transformation of society after 1960 and consequences for the life of community and their members. It addresses the globalisation problems and influence of great international companies on the community life. Activity of a specific manufacturing company to reach the conformity of industry with nature and human being is discussed.
