Tato bakalářská práce v první části shrnuje základní teoretické poznatky z oblasti motivace a odměňování. Druhá část se zabývá motivováním a odměňováním učitelů ZUŠ.Třetí část se věnuje motivováním a odměňováním žáků ZUŠ.Ve čtvrté části je popsána metoda praktického zjišťování úrovně motivace a také je zde představena ZUŠ Adamov, kde probíhal samotný výzkum. V páté části je uvedena prezentace výsledků dotazníků. Šestá část popisuje návrh motivačního programy pro učitele a žáky školy.

First part of this bachelors work summarizes basic theoretical findings from the sphere of motivation and remuneration. In the second part pays attention to motivation and remuneration of teachers at elementary art schools (EAS). Part number three attends to motivation and remuneration of EAS students. A method of practical finding of motivation level at EAS Adamov is described in the fifth part od the work as well as the school itself, where the research was realized. Results of questionnaire survey is presented in the part number five. The last sixth part describes suggestions of motivation programs for teachers and students of the school.
