Bakalářská práce se zabývá specifickými aspekty práce s odsouzenými před koncem výkonu trestu odnětí svobody a následnou postpenitenciární péčí. Obecná část je zaměřena na historii českého vězeňství, výkon trestu odnětí svobody a resocializaci odsouzených. Druhá část je zaměřena na specifika a konkrétní činnosti výstupního oddělení Věznice Kuřim, představuje speciální aspekty práce s odsouzenými před koncem výkonu trestu odnětí svobody a formy pomoci, které jsou součástí následné postpenitenciární péče. Závěrem jsou shrnuty určité pasáže, které považuji z pohledu českého vězeňství za důležité.

The Bachelor thesis deals with specific aspects of work with convicts before the end of theirservice of a term of imprisonment and subsequent post-penitentiary care. The general part focuses on the history of Czech prison service, service of a term of imprisonment and resocialization of convicts. The second part focuses on special characteristics and particular activities of output department of Kuřim Prison it introduces specific aspects of work with convicts efore the end of thein service of a term of imprisonment and the forms of help, which are the part of subsequent post-penitentiary care. In conclusion I summed up specific passages that I find interesting in the view of Czech prison service.
