V bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na výkon trestu odsouzených žen s dětmi ve Věznici Světlá nad Sázavou.
V první části je nastíněna historie ženského vězeňství na našem území, druhá část charakterizuje podmínky výkonu trestu odsouzených žen a konkrétní podmínky ve věznici Světlá nad Sázavou.V praktické části práce specifikuji život matky s dítětem ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody na specializovaném oddělení, podmínky oddělení, prostředí a vliv věznice na dítě.

My dissertecion is focused on mothers servány thein sentence with thein
children in Světlá nad Sázavou Prison. The first part deals with the history of woman´s penal systém in our territory, the second part characterises the conditions of serving the imprisonment term of the sentenced women and the particular conditions in Světlá nad Sázavou Prison.
In the practical part of the dissertation, I specify the life of mother serving the sentence with her child in the specialised departament, the conditions there, the prison background and its impact on the child.
