Tato diplomová práce se zabývá gender problematikou, tedy problematikou ženských a mužských rolí v dnešní společnosti.
V teoretické části jsou zpracovány poznatky, které jsem čerpala z odborné literatury.
Popsala jsem zde mnohé faktory, které vysvětlují, proč a jak se od sebe muži a ženy navzájem tolik liší a jaký to má dopad na jejich odlišné vnímání světa.
Rozvedla jsem zde problematiku rodu, objasnila jsem tento pojem. Zmínila jsem se o sexuální a rodové orientaci, a také o sexuální a rodové identitě. Uvedla jsem několik nejznámějších teorií vzniku pohlavní a rodové identity.
Zabývala jsem se zde také odlišnostmi mužů a žen jak z hlediska biologického, psychologického, tak i sociálně kulturního. Zmínila jsem zde pojmy archetyp, anima a animus. Věnovala jsem se zde objasnění mužského a ženskému principu jin a jang.
V této práci jsem také řešila problematiku mužských a ženských rolí, jak se jim člověk učí - generová socializace. Psala jsem o generových stereotypech a také o rolích mužů a žen v současné době a společnosti.
V praktické části jsem se zabývala výzkumem, jehož cílem bylo zjistit, jak se dnešní generace žen a mužů dívá na ženskou a mužskou roli v naší společnosti.

This graduation thesis deals with gender problem, so problems of the female and male roles at the current society.
In the theoretical part are compiled the knowledge, which I gathered from the specialized publications.
I described many factors, which explain why and how men and women are different from each other and which the effect it has on their defferent perception of the world.
I expanded the gender problems and make this conception clear. I mentioned about the sexual and sex orientation and also about sexual and sex identity. I introduced a few well-known theories about the origin of the gender and sex identity.
I dealed with the difference in men and women from sight both biological, psychological and social-culturally. I also mentioned the conceptions such as archetype, anima and animus etc. I attended to the illustration of the male and female principle jin and jang.
In this thesis I solved the problems of the male and female role and how the human being learn them - the gender socialization. I wrote about the gender stereotypes and about roles of the men and women at the society nowdays.
In the practical part I dealed with the reseach which its intend was revealed how the present generation of the women and men regard with the female and male role at our society.
