Práce se zabývá možným příčinným vztahem mezi kriminalitou mládeže a působením masmédií. Mimo vymezení pojmů, vztahujících se ke kriminalitě, vyjmenovává identifikační a statistické údaje týkající se kriminality mládeže a popisuje formativní vlivy působící na mladé jedince. Nosným tématem jest působení masmédií na děti a mládež a nastínění směru řešení této problematiky s důrazem na vhodné rodinné zázemí, preventivní aktivity a mediální výchovu v rámci školství.

The assignment deals with the possible causal relation between youth
criminality and the influence of mass media. After defining expressions
related to criminality, it lists identification and statistical data
connected to youth criminality and describes formative influences affecting
young individuals. The carrying topic is the influence of mass media on
children and youngsters and a proposal of the possible attitudes, how to
solve this problem, with stress on the appropriate family background,
preventive activities and medial education in the scope of the school
system.
