Tato diplomová práce se zabývá využitím révy vinné pro kosmetické účely. Praktická část je zaměřena na ověřování vlivu vinných gelů, připravených z vybraných odrůd révy vinné, na hydrataci, TEWL a pH kůže. Navíc jsou sledovány parametry jako je erytém, množství séba, deskvamace, pórů, skvrn a vrásek po používání peelingů s obsahem jader vybraných odrůd révy vinné. Z výsledků této práce vyplývá, že testované vinné gely nevykazují do-statečný hydratační potenciál, ale udržují dobrou bariérovou funkci kůže a neovlivňují pH. Zatímco peelingy s přídavkem jader z vybraných odrůd révy vinné mají dobré hydratační vlastnosti na kůži a jejich používání vede k snižování míry deskvamace i množství pórů a vrásek na obličeji.

This diploma thesis deals with the use of grapevine for cosmetic purposes. The practical part is focused on the skin effect of vine gels which are prepared from selected grapevine varieties. The verification of these vine gels is aimed to skin hydration, TEWL and pH. Moreover other parameters as erythema, an amount of sebum, desquamation, number of pores, blemishes and wrinkles are observed after using of peelings which contain the cores of selected grapevine varieties. The results of this study show that the tested vine gels do not exhibit satisfactory moisturizing potential but maintain a good barrier function of the skin and at the same time do not affect the pH. Peelings with added cores from selected grapevine varieties have good moisturizing properties to the skin and their using leads to a reduction of desquamation and amount of pores and facial wrinkles.
