Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na srovnání bioaktivních látek u běžných, mešních a košer vín. V práci jsou popisovány liturgické účely potřebné k užívání těchto vín, jež jsou silně zakořeněny v historii daných církví. Podrobněji je v práci popsána charakteristika těchto vín a jejich technologické zpracování. Cílem bylo definování bioaktivních látek a jejich analýza ve vzorcích.

This thesis is focused on comparison of bioactive substances for conventional, mass and kosher wines. The work described liturgical purposes necessary to use these wines, which are strongly rooted in the history of the Church. More details are described in the job description of these wines and their technological processing. The aim was to define the bioactive substances and their analysis in the samples.
