Ve své bakalářské práci se budu zabývat analýzou vnitropodnikových směrnic společnosti MND a.s. Teoretická část této bakalářské práce vysvětluje hlavní význam a účel vnitropodnikových směrnic, také jejich náležitosti a hlavní nedostatky, ke kterým při sestavování vnitropodnikových směrnic může dojít. Tato část dále pokračuje charakteristikou konkrétních směrnic, kterými se zabývá i následující část bakalářské práce. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou současného stavu vnitropodnikových směrnic, tvorbou a úpravami několika stávajících směrnic. V závěru této práce navrhnu doporučení na základě poznatků, ke kterým jsem v praktické části přišla.

In my bachelor's thesis I'm going to deal with analysis of internal directive of company MND a.s. The theoretical part of this bachelor's thesis explains the main meaning and purpose of internal directive and their requirements and major deficiencies, also their essentials and main deficiencies, to which in compiling of internal directive may occur. This section continues characteristic specific of directive, which is based with the following part of bachelor work. The practical part is based with the analysis of the current state of internal directives, creation and modification of several existing directives. In conclusion of this work I will suggest a recommendation based on knowledge, to which I came in the practical part.
