Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice náhradní rodinné péče v České republice. Popisuje její nejčastější formy, přibližuje složitý systém a proces zprostředkování náhradní rodinné péče. Na tomto procesu se podílí několik subjektů. Každý z nich má svou nezastupitelnou roli a je nutná jejich vzájemná spolupráce. V práci je vyzdvižena důležitost odborných pracovníků v oblasti náhradní rodinné péče.

This thesis dealts with the problem of the alternative family (parenting) care in the Czech Republic. The thesis describes most common forms of the care, gives knoledge about the complicated system and the process providing of the alternative parenting. A few subjects take part in this process. Each of these subjects has its own unique role and farther the cooperation of these subjects is quite necessary. The thesis puts great emphasis on the importance of specialists in the area of alternative parenting.
