Annotation Výskumným problémom riešeným v rámci dizertačnej práce je vplyv spokojnosti a lojality bankového zákazníka na finančnú výkonnosť komerčnej banky prostredníctvom potenciálnych nákupov dodatočných bankových produktov. Hlavným cieľom je navrhnutie systému starostlivosti o retailového klienta v komerčnej banke v kontexte perspektívneho rastu finančnej výkonnosti. Na dosiahnutie tohto cieľa boli použité techniky kvalitatívneho a kvantitatívneho výskumu. Bola spracovaná kritická literárna rešerš a dotazníkový výskum zameraný na spokojnosť a lojalitu bankového zákazníka. Získané údaje boli spracované pomocou matematickej a štatistickej analýzy.
Annotation in English Research problem solved within the dissertation is the impact of satisfaction and loyalty of the banking customer on the financial performance of commercial banks. The main objective is to propose a customer care system for retail clients in a commercial bank in the context of prospective growth of bank‘s financial performance. To achieve this objective, qualitative and quantitative research techniques were used to analyze critical literary research and a questionnaire survey on the satisfaction and loyalty of banking customers. The obtained data were processed using mathematical and statistical analysis.
