Annotation Hlavním cílem této práce bylo nalezení optimálního úhlu, pod kterým se na sebe kladou jednotlivé vrstvy uhlíkového prepregu, pro získání co nejlepších mechanických vlastností součásti. Součástí byl v tomto případě disk, určený pro formuli Dragon 6 vyrobenou týmem TU Brno Racing. V teoretické části byly popsány kompozitní materiály, jejich mechanika, technologie výroby i samotné zkoušení těchto materiálů. Dále zde byl popsán program NX 11 a jeho nástroje pro výrobu kompozitních modelů. V praktické části byla popsána tvorba FEM modelů, vyrobenými nástroji Zone-Based i Ply-Based. Nástrojem Ply-Based byly nalezené problémová místa z hlediska kladení tkaniny. V závěru práce pak byly provedeny analýzy vytvořených modelů a její vyhodnocení.
Annotation in English The main goal of this thesis was to define optimal angle for laying of each layer of carbon prepreg to gain the best mechanical properties of a part. The part was in this case a wheel designed for formula Dragon 6 made by team engineers from TU Brno Racing. In theoretical part of the thesis was a description of composite materials, their mechanicals properties, technology of production and testing of these materials. As a next step was de-scripted a program NX 11 and his tools for design composite models. In practical part of the thesis was descripted creation of FEM models made by tools Zone-Based and Ply-Based. With support by Ply-Based tool were found problem critical places from viewpoint laying woven. In a final part of the thesis were made analyses of created models and their evaluation.
