Tato bakalářská práce řeší otázku optimalizace činnosti konkrétního dopravního podniku.
Jádro teoretické části práce tvoří popis podniku, tedy jeho vznik a historie, vedení a organizační struktura podniku, popis jeho činnosti a v neposlední řadě stav zaměstnanců a základní údaje o dopravních prostředcích, jež podnik při své činnosti využívá.
K nastínění finanční situace podniku je v úvodní kapitole druhé části uveden stručný přehled hospodaření za poslední uzavřené účetní období. Převážně je ale praktická část práce věnována samotné optimalizaci, kde jsou navrženy konkrétní optimalizační řešení, včetně vyhodnocení jednotlivých variant.
V závěru práce jsou pak zváženy výsledky možných variant řešení a doporučení k provedení optimalizace.

This bachelor work solves the issue of optimalization of activity of the transport company.
The body of the theoretical part is made by description of the company including its origin and history, management and its organizational structure, a description of its activity
and finally a stage of employees and basic data about vehicles the company used
in its activity.
For demonstration of the financial position of the company, there is a short summary of management in the last closed accounting term in the second part. Mainly, the practical part of the work solves the optimalization where particular optimalization solutions are projected; these also include evaluation individual alternates.
In the final part of the work, there are solutions of the possible alternates and recommendations for making the optimalization.
