Teoretická část je zaměřena na výživu ve stáří, soběstačnost seniorů, hodnocení stavu výživy a vymezení terminologie v oblasti nutriční péče a dietního systému. Dále práce shrnuje současné poznatky o poruchách výživy, příčiny ztěžující příjem stravy a podávání stravy nemocným. Praktická část práce přináší výsledky dotazníkového výzkumu a pozorování ošetřujícího personálu na interních odděleních.

The bachelor thesis entitled "Peroral Alimentation of Hospitalized, Fully-dependent Seniors from the Perspective of Time Demands on Nursing Staff" consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the nurition in elderly, the sufficiency seniors, the assessment of nutritional conditions and the terminology of nutritional care and diet system. Furthermore, the thesis summarizes current knowledge about the eating disorders, the reasons for restriction of food intake and the serving of food to patients. The methodology of the thesis presents the results of questionnaire research and the observation of the nursing staff at internal departments.
