Annotation	Diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou zvyšovania konkurencieschopnosti telekomunikačných dátových služieb spoločnosti Slovak Telekom, a. s. V teoretickej časti sú opísane poznatky z oblasti marketingových nástrojov a marketingového prostredia. Stručne popisujem vývoj služieb v telekomunikáciách a aktuálnu ponuku služieb. V praktickej časti analyzujem spoločnosť Slovak Telekom, a. s. a porovnávam jej konkurentov. Navrhujem projekt na základe výsledkov analýzy ktorým sa zvýši konkurecieschopnosť spoločnosti Slovak Telekom, a.s.
Annotation in English	The theme of this thesis is enhancement of competitiveness of telecommunication data services in Slovak Telekom, a.s. Content of the theoretical part is knowledge from area of marketing tools and marketing enviroment. I am briefly describing the development in telecommunication services and their current offers. In practical part of the thesis I am analyzing Slovak Telekom a.s. and comparing with its competitors. On the base of this analysis, I am suggesting project that should help to enhance the competitiveness of Slovak Telekom, a.s.
