Byla-li tématem této bakalářské práce prevence násilné trestné činnosti u mládeže v ČR, bylo prací prokázáno, že základem prevence je především prevence prostředí rodiny a školy. Pokud se bude usilovně působit v těchto oblastech, odrazí se to později v pozitivních výsledcích v celé naší společnosti. Děti a mládež jsou indikátorem stavu naší společnosti, je nezbytné se jim věnovat s maximálním úsilím a současně i formou, kterou sami přijmou.
V práci je zakotvena prezentace zjištěných a publikovaných závěrů v oblasti prevence trestné činnosti mládeže, zejména s ohledem na její zvláštnosti, charakteristika rodinného zázemí, faktory rodinného prostředí, včetně prostředků výchovného působení. Dále je zde zachycena prevence trestné činnosti mládeže z pohledu Policie ČR, státních a nestátních organizací v rámci ČR.
Dále jsem se zde snažil objasnit současné problémy rodinného prostředí, pohled na obecné příčiny páchání trestné činnosti mládeží, zaznamenat teoretické poznatky vztahující se k danému problému, analyzovat získané materiály a z těchto vyvodit logický a deduktivní závěr.

The subject of this study was the prevention of violent criminal activities by youngsters in Czech Republic. It establishes that the basic prevention measure is to focus on family environment and schools. If we deal with these areas properly, then the results will be positive for our society at the end. Kids and youths are indicators of the situation in our society. Therefore, it is necessary to devote maximum effort in taking care of them, but in the way that is acceptable to them.
The work contains presentation from publication findings in the areas of youth crime prevention, mainly focusing on their special characteristics, family base, family environment factors, as well as upbringing influence. Youth crime prevention from Czech police perspective and that of governmental and non-governmental organizations is also presented in this work.
In this work I tried to illustrate the current problems of family environment and common views on sources of youth crime. Relevant theoretical and conceptual frameworks related to the problem of youth crime were identified and their application is explained and developed into detailed conclusions and recommendations.
