Annotation Bakalárska práca je zameraná na podnikové informačné systémy a vysvetlenie ich základných stavebných prvkov. Dôraz je kladený predovšetkým na ERP systémy a ich jednotlivé moduly. Praktická časť bakalárskej práce sa sústredí na analýzu podnikového informačného systému v spoločnosti XY a modul CRM. Na základe analýzy je navrhnutá optimalizácia modulu CRM.
