Tato bakalarska prace se zabyva informacnimi systemy verejne spravy a zdravotnictvi a to z hlediska jejich bezpecnosti. Práce popisuje informační systémy veřejné správy a zdravotnictví. Další téma této práce se zabývá riziky informačních systémů. V další části je popsán standard pro elektonickou komunikaci EDI. V praktické části jsou porovnány vybrané informační systémy s hrozbamy, které jsou popsány v této práci.

This bachelor thesis deals of information systems in public administration and health in term of safety. This thesis describing information systems in public administration and health. Next topic of this thesis is deal with risks of information systems. In other part is describing standard for electronic communication EDI. In practical part are compared selected information systems with risks witch are described in this thesis.
