Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku týraných, zneužívaných a zanedbávaných dětí. Zaměřuji se na typologii jednotlivých forem násilí páchaných na dětech. Dále se ve své práci věnuji trestněprávním aspektům k jednotlivým formám násilí, legislativním úpravám a multidisciplinárnímu přístupu k řešení tohoto problému. Je zde také rozebrána role státních a nestátních organizací v rámci preventivního působení a spolupráce se širokou veřejností.

This thesis deals with problems of maltreated, abused and neglected children. I focused on the classification of individual forms of violence comitted on children. Furthermore, in my thesis I deal with criminal aspects of the individual forms of violence, with legislation and multidisciplinary approach to the solution of this problem. Discussed will be also the role of state organizations as well as non-governmental organizations within preventive work and cooperation with the general public.
