Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice zásad při stanovení bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci (BOZP) se zaměřením této problematiky na průmyslový podnik zabývající se technologií vstřikování plastů. V teoretické části se práce zabývá uplatňováním zásad při řešení bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. Analyzuje systém normativních a legisla-tivních požadavků na BOZP, jak z hlediska České republiky, tak i EU. Teoretická část dále pojednává o problematice BOZP, která je konkrétněji zaměřena na uvedený průmyslový podnik. V praktické části na modelové struktuře objektu průmyslového podniku - vstřiko-vání plastů práce navrhuje vhodný systém řízení bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. V závěru práce zhodnocuje získané informace z teoretické části, které jsou aplikované na modelovou strukturu včetně závěrečných doporučení systému ochrany BOZP.

The thesis discusses the issue of principles in determining the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), the focus of this issue is on the industrial enterprise engaged in the plastic injection molding technology. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the application of the principles in dealing with the Occupational Safety and Health. It analyzes the system of normative and legislative requirements for health and safety, both for the Czech Repub-lic and EU. The theoretical part deals with issues of health and safety, which is specifically aimed at the stated industrial company. In practical structure of the object model of an in-dustrial enterprise - injection molding work, it suggests an appropriate management system of the Occupational Safety and Health. The conclusion evaluates the information obtained from the theoretical part, which are applied to the model structure, including the final re-commendations of the OSH protection system.
