Bakalářská práce pojednává o historii, vlastnostech, výrobě a použití plastových fóliových izolací ve stavebnictví. Podrobně jsou popsány hydroizolace, tepelná izolace, izolace proti hluku a vibracím a izolace proti radonu. Dále práce obsahuje informace o izolačních fóliích vyskytujících se na českém i zahraničním trhu a poslední část je věnována novým objevům v oblasti izolace staveb.

This Bachelor thesis deals with history, properties, processing and application of plastic foil insulations in the building industry. There are described waterproofing, thermal insulation, noise and vibration insulation and radon insulation. The next part of this thesis includes some information about foil insulations on the Czech and foreign market and the last part is oriented towards new developments in the sphere of insulation building.
