Diplomová práce je zaměřena na řízení oběžného majetku vybraného podniku. Teoretická část obsahuje souhrn metod a postupů, kterými lze jednotlivé složky tohoto majetku řídit. Tyto poznatky byly využity v části praktické, ve které byla podniku navržena doporučení, jež byla východiskem ke zpracování projektové části.

The thesis is focused on the management of current assets of the chosen company. The theoretical part contains a summary of methods and procedures by which individual components of these assets can be managed. These findings were used in the practical part, in which the analysis of invidual components of currents assets was performed. Based on established facts, the enterprise was proposed by recommendations that were the basis for the processing of the project.
