Diplomová práce se zabývá obsahem antioxidantů a polyfenolů ve vybraných odrůdách rakytníku, muchovníku a dužnatých růží. Teoretická část obsahuje stručnou charakteristiku jádrového ovoce. Popis rakytníku, muchovníku a dužnaté růže, chemické složení a význam těchto léčivých rostlin ve výživě člověka. V praktické části jsou pak vyhodnoceny výsledky laboratorních analýz a srovnány s literaturou. Na základě měření byl zjištěn obsah antioxi-dantů a polyfenolů ve vybraných odrůdách rakytníku, muchovníku a růže dužnoplodé.

This thesis deals with the content of antioxidants and polyphenols in selected cultivars of sea buckthorn, saskatoon berry and roses. The theoretical part contains the description of pome fruit, particularly saskatoon berry, sea buckthorn and rose-flesh fruit. The theoretical part contains a brief description of pome fruit. Description of sea buckhtorn, saskatoon berry and appel rose, chemical composition and importance of medicinal plants in human nutrition. In additional, the determination of results of laboratory analysis and comparation with literature are described in the practical part. On the basis of measurements the content of antioxidants and polyphenols was found out in selected cultivars of sea buckthorn, sa-akatoon berry and roses.

V biologickém materiálu změřte obsah polyfenolických látek a antioxidační kapacitu.
Získané výsledky vyhodnoťte a diskutujte s literaturou.
