V práci nejprve položíme teoretické poznatky o učitelce mateřské školy a spolupráci s rodiči, na které budeme navazovat v praktické části. Výzkum se zaměřuje na očekávání rodičů od učitelek v mateřské škole a byl realizován pomocí interview s rodiči. Rodiče popsali svá očekávání ohledně vzájemné komunikace, vztahu s učitelkou, vztahu učitelky a dítěte. Domníváme se, že zjištěná data se budou zabývat typy komunikace, jejich častostí, osobností učitelky a přípravou na zápis do základní školy.

At first we will lay the theoretical knowledge foundations of nursery school teachers and the cooperation with parents, in which we will continue in the practical part. The research focuses on the expectations of parents from teachers in nursery schools and was realized by means of interviews with parents. The parents have described their expectations of mutual communication, the relationship with a teacher, and the relationship between a teacher and a child. We assume that the data discovered will address the types of communication, their frequency, the personality of the teacher and the preparation for enrolment in an elementary school.
