V teoretické části diplomové práce budeme pojednávat o lean, jeho metodikách a popisu nástrojů lean. Pro nás jsou hlavně důležité nástroje TPM,sběr dat, OEE, 5S, tok materiálu, hodnocení vyspělosti procesů a SIPOC.
V praktické části se budeme zaobírat řešením 5S a vizualizací prostoru pro materiál na pracovišti. Rozebereme nedostatky, které nám budou bránit dosažení k 5S a vizualizace prostoru pro materiál na jednotlivých pracovištích, dále pak následná řešení pro získání vytyčených cílů a následné vyhodnocení stavu před transformací a po transformaci.

The theoretical part of the diploma thesis we will discuss lean, his methodologies and description of lean tools. For us, TPM, data collection, OEE, 5S, material flow, process maturity evaluation, and SIPOC are important.
In the practical part, we will look at the 5S solution and visualization of the material space at the workplace. We will discuss the shortcomings that will prevent us from achieving the 5S and the visualization of the material space at the individual workplaces, as well as the subsequent solutions for obtaining the goals set and the subsequent evaluation of the state before transformation and transformation.
