Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou současného stavu interní logistiky ve společnosti Greiner Assistec s.r.o. s cílem navrhnout opatření pro jeho zlepšení. Práce je rozčleněna na dvě části, a to na teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část zachycuje poznatky z oblasti logistiky a skladování. Součástí je také popis analytických nástrojů, které jsou následně využity v části praktické. Praktická část je tvořena jednotlivými fázemi cyklu DMAIC, kde se stírá jak analytická tak projektová část. Jednotlivé kroky jsou zaměřeny na definici projektu, popis současného stavu, návrhy na zlepšení současného stavu a zhodnocení navrhovaných řešení.

The Master's thesis deals with the analysis of the current situation of internal logistics in the company Greiner Assistec s.r.o. The aim is to propose specific steps that would lead to the improvement of internal logistics. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes findings in the area of logistic and storage. It also includes description of the analytical tools that are subsequently used in the practical part. Practical part consists of individual phases of DMAIC cycle, which reflects both analytical and project part. The individual steps are focused on the definition of the project, description of the current situation, proposals for improving current situation and evaluation of proposed solutions
