Annotation	Tématem této práce je historie sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Zabývá se vývojem ochrany dětí od starověku až po dnešní dobu. Popisuje také dnešní podobu sociálně právní ochrany, jaká práva dětí jsou uzákoněny v Ústavě České republiky. Dále pak jaké jsou orgány sociálně právní ochrany dětí, kdo pečoval o děti a jejich práva v minulých dobách. Tato práce se snaží o pohled na vývoj sociálně právní ochraně dětí a jejích dřívějších podob.
Annotation in English	The subject of the Thesis is ''The History of Social-Legal Protection of Children‘‘. It deals with the delopment of child protection from ancient times till present. It also describes today’s form of social-legal protection, children’s rights regularized by the Constitution of the Czech Republic. Further, it lists the child social-legal protection authorities and who took care of child rights in the past. The Thesis goes through the historical devel-opment of social-legal protection of children and its earlier forms.
