Annotation in English Master thesis presents the project of web usability testing for a chosen e-shop. Its purpose is to design new layout which will meet the current e-commerce trends. Proposed design is created based on the theoretical and analytical knowledge that is described in relevant chapters. All areas of the research will be tested considering the increase of the number of orders, returning customers and attracting new customers. The input data of the current situation analysis of the e-shop are used from Google Analytics tool. Identified shortcomings are revealed through user testing and heuristic analysis. The project is submitted to risk, time and cost analysis. The main contribution of this research is to help with finding things that are not in accord-ance with the web usability and based on the outputs it is possible to propose solution that is tailored for the e-shop. The study is important especially for its focus on the internet marketing field of B2C of e-shops. This area seems not to be researched so much in comparison to other studies dealing with internet marketing.
