Má bakalářská práce na téma Studium ošetřovatelství pomoc nebo výuka? Je zaměřena na postoj všeobecných sester ke studentům ošetřovatelství. Skládá se z teoretické a praktické části.
V teoretické části mé práce jsem se zabývala historií českého ošetřovatelství a vzděláváním všeobecných sester. Na toto povolání jsou v posledních letech kladeny stále vyšší nároky. Na středoškolské vzdělání se začalo pohlížet jako na nedostatečné. Proto se pro práci všeobecné sestry stalo nutností absolvovat vyšší odbornou či vysokou školu. Aby byli studenti ošetřovatelství dostatečně připraveni na výkon svého budoucího povolání, je nutné získat náležité praktické zkušenosti a to během praktické výuky. Je třeba, aby spolu sestry a studenti vzájemně spolupracovali. Při nespolupráci se efektivita vzdělávání mnohonásobně snižuje.
V praktické části mé práce jsem se pomocí dotazníkového šetření pokusila zjistit vztah a spolupráci sester a studentů ošetřovatelství, v průběhu praktické výuky.

Bachelor thesis: "Studying Nursing - help or instruction?" is focused on the attitude of nurses to students at bachelor's degree in nursing.
The work consists of the theoretical and the practical part.
The theoretical part presents the history of the Czech nursing, focusing on past and present studies, educational process of nurses from past to current legal application of the nursing educational system.
Training of the nursing assistants currently appears as insufficient practically because it does not allow nurses to work without supervision. It has become a must for nurses to get other higher level of education or college. To ensure that nursing students were adequately prepared for their future profession, it is necessary to obtain relevant practical experience gathered in the courses of practical training. It is therefore necessary to ensure sufficient cooperation between students and nurses during training in the hospital.
The practical part presents the results of the survey we performed focused on exploratory relationship and the cooperation of nurses and nursing students in the practical courses. There was a self-made questionnaire used for the survey.
