Bakalářská práce se věnuje využití nefarmakologických metod u pacientů s chronickou bolestí v ambulanci pro léčbu chronické bolesti. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku bolesti a její základní rozdělení, na popis vybraných nefarmakologických metod a péči o pacienta s chronickou bolestí. V praktické části práce jsou zpracovány výsledky kvalitativního výzkumného šetření, ve kterém bylo pomocí rozhovorů zjišťováno, jaké nefarmakologické metody pacienti s chronickou bolestí využívají, a jak tyto metody jejich bolesti ovlivňují. Součástí praktické části bakalářské práce je vytvoření informačního materiálu o vybraných nefarmakologických metodách pro pacienty navštěvující ambulanci pro léčbu chronické bolesti.

This bachelor thesis deals with patients that suffer from chronical pain at the ambulance for the treatment of chronic pain by the means of non-pharmacological methods. Theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the characteristics of pain and its basic devision. Also on description of non-pharmacological methods and patient's with chronical pain treatement. Practical part interprets results of qualitative research in which, with the help of the interviews, was discovered what non-pharmacological methods patients with chronical pain use and how they influence their pain. Part of bachelor thesis practical research is to create informational material about selected non-pharmacological methods for patients that attend the ambulance for the tratment of chronical pain.
